FAQs

What is Student Woman of the Year?

We’re all about celebrating tomorrow’s leaders today. So each year we shine the spotlight on our incredible and diverse community of student women.

When does the 2025 competition start and end?

We’re sorry, our 2024 competition is now over. But don’t worry, we’ll be doing another one next year! Make sure you're signed up to UNiDAYS emails so you can be the first to hear when next year’s comp is live!

Who can enter the UNiDAYS Student Woman of The Year 2025 competition?

To enter the competition next year, you must:

  • Be a UNiDAYS member
  • Be a student
  • Identify as a woman

Why is this competition only open to women?

We've come a long way in the fight for gender equality, but there's still work to be done. Women in business are still not getting the spotlight they deserve. This competition won't fix everything, but little steps like this can shake things up and bring everyone onto an equal footing.

What was the 2024 prize?

One overall winner won a £10,000 cash grant and the opportunity to become a UNiDAYS Brand Ambassador. Two runners up won a £1000 cash grant each.

Will UNiDAYS use the content I submit?

We’ll have the rights to use the video content submitted as part of this campaign or future related campaigns. But we won’t own any rights to the project, cause, business or idea submitted.
